Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Arnala Beach Resort (Martins Inn), we strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below are the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for bookings made at Martins Inn.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days prior to the check-in date to qualify for a refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made within 30 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund, and the full booking amount will be retained by the hotel.
  • No-Show: If a guest fails to check in on the booked date without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and the full booking amount is non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount, if applicable, is subject to the final decision of the hotel authorities. The decision made by the hotel management regarding the refund amount will be final and binding.
  • Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the mode of payment. Please note that the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider.

3. Refund Mode

  • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during the booking process. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be communicated to the guest.

4. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Martins Inn management.

5. Modification of Booking

  • Guests requesting a modification to their booking (e.g., change of dates) must do so at least 30 days in advance. Approval of any modifications is subject to availability and the discretion of hotel management. Changes requested within 30 days may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation under the above policy.
