1. General Information
By booking with Arnala Beach Resort (referred to as “Martins Inn”), located at Martins Inn, Opp Arnala Police Chowki, Arnala Beach, Virar 401302, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Martins Inn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately.

3. Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability.
• You must provide accurate personal and payment details during the booking process.
• Martins Inn may contact you for additional verification of the booking details.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
  Early check-in or late check-out requests may be considered subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date to qualify for a refund.
• Any cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
• The final decision on the refund amount is at the sole discretion of Martins Inn authorities and will be communicated after internal review.
• Refund processing may take up to 7-14 business days depending on the mode of payment.

6. No-Show Policy
Failure to check in on the booked date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods on our website or upon check-in at Martins Inn.
• Any outstanding balances must be settled during check-in or check-out.

8. Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to Martins Inn property during their stay. Martins Inn reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements, including any lost income due to damage.

9. Force Majeure
Martins Inn is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by events outside its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Virar, Maharashtra.
